The Medium: Bloobe Team publishes Gamescom

In the run-up to the publication of the game on PlayStation 5 next month, Bloober team presents a brand new trailer in the context of Gamescom 2021 to The Medium.

The trailer shows key elements of the history of the game and introduces both the main views as well as the protagonists, including the Hound - a mysterious being from the ghost world. The soundtrack is Across the Shore composed by Akira Yamooka and Arkadius Reikowski and theme played by Mary Elisabeth McGlynn.

The Medium is a psychological third-person horror game with innovative dual-reality gameplay. Players slip into the role of Mariannes, a medium with supersensible skills, and exploring alternately or at the same time the real and the spiritual world to uncover a dark mystery, hide behind the disturbing secrets, eerie ghosts and sneaky puzzles that only solve a medium can.

In addition, Bloober team and Black Screen Records announced that the atmospheric original soundtrack of The Medium is expected to be released in October on vinyl and CD. Pre-orders are now possible for the price of 34 €.

Bloech team and the leading global publishing partner Koch Media are looking forward to bringing the medium ** worldwide. The game will be available on September 3 for PC, Xbox Series X | S and PS5 in stores - with selected traders also in the medium: Two Worlds Special Launch Edition The exclusive steelbook, the soundtrack of the game and a 32-page Hardcover Artbook contains.

The medium is the largest and ambitious project of Bloober team, which are both developers and publishers of the gloomy title. Thanks to Next-Gen technology, there are no charging screens and the full potential of the latest Unreal Engine 4 version is used. Akira Yamaoka, known for his work on the Silent Hill series, and Arkadiusz Reikowski from the Bloech team worked together on the original dual music of the game and create a unique atmosphere in both worlds.
