10 Tips for Back 4 Blood, which make you better players

Back 4 Blood is started. You do not want to be the noob of the team? Then we have 10 tips for you, with which you are with a better team member.

Back 4 Blood is a zombie shooter, but who just gets wretched around, will not be able to record successes on higher and fun - difficulty levels. So that you are well prepared for the start of the co-opaque chef, we have 10 tips for you, with which you can automatically become better team members and can retract more successes.

The tips are basically suitable for all difficulty levels, but are especially useful for nightmare and veteran .

1. Communication is the A and O

Back 4 Blood is a co-op game and only those who act as a team will be able to retract the higher levels of difficulty.

Therefore, continuous communication with your team members is essential. It is best about the voice chat. Even talk about your strategy and forgive rough roles before the round. Who buys a Molotov? Who wants to be close fighting? Is the money sufficient for a team upgrade?

But no matter if you use the voice chat or not, in any case, your use should make use of the ping system (PC standard: q). So you mark all sorts of things in the game. You see a special infected? Mark him with a ping. You have found a cool weapon with great upgrade that you do not need? Simply mark.

As long as you do not spill the key throughout, your character always says a little saying what you have discovered.

So you can quickly forward important information to the team, even without having to use the voice chat.

2 . Builds your own decks to increase your chances

The card system from Back 4 Blood does not get well with all veterans, but is an integral part of the game. After you master your first games and unlock new cards, you should urgently invest a few minutes in the construction of your own decks.

The standard deck is sufficient for the first matches, but later you will want to continue to personalize. Are you focusing on melee weapons? Or are you rather a supporter who heals particularly efficiently and can carry more healing items with them? How well is your trauma damage away and how much ammunition can your character be wearing?

All this and much more can be customized by cards. So if you have a few minutes a breather between the individual runs, then set up several decks for different game styles.

You need a little to warm with the system - but when you have embedded yourself, it increases the fun and your own benefits for the group.

By the way: The cards always draw in a fixed order. How to order the cards in the deck, completely decides which card your first and which lasts last in the game. There is no random factor here.

3 . Birds can be killed

Already in the first missions you get it with bird swarms to do. These are more or less random on the card distributed small, annoying points. Namely, birds are closed - for example through a shot in your area or because a player runs through them, then fly in the sky, shriek up and alert a horde.

You can simply handle the swarms and avoid, but then runs danger that a shot goes into the wrong direction and later ensures an unpleasant surprise.

But better, however: You can kill the swarm. If your group goes coordinated and at the same time open the fire, then you can catch all birds before they pore far into the sky and alert the Horde.

Alternatively, you can also simply throw a hand grenade or a Molotov cocktail on the birds to turn it off immediately.

Please do not ask why a bird s swarm bangs a horde, but a hand grenade does not - with logic you do not come to the next Safe-Room.

4 . Alarm doors can be tricked

Some doors in Back 4 Blood appear as special alarm doors , which already draw attention to a red symbol. If you are opened or chosen by a player, then a loud alarm will sound that attracts a Horde.

However, you can trick the alarm doors. With a toolkit you can handle the backup and open the door without alarm.

However, it is even more efficient to let the zombies take on the work. If zombies behind the locked alarm door are zombies, you can simply attract them with noise - mostly a few shots rang.

The zombies then hit the door and destroy them without activate the alarm.

Again: Do not ask why that is so. You want to survive?

5 . Copper is a team resource - uses it as well

In Back 4 Blood there is a primary currency: copper. You will find that in the levels again and again and gets it as a bonus, if you are about to be very quick or closes secondary goals.

With copper you buy weapons, ammunition, healing - pretty much everything there is. Each player has its own copper stock, but you should always share the brotherly (or sister).

This is especially true for the particularly expensive team upgrades. The granting more equipment slots for the whole group or increase the effectiveness of equipment.

But even if a teammate has too little copper to fully equip - help him and give him coins, so that each player starts optimally in the new game.

At the latest, if the friendly Holly saves you the butt with exactly the Molotov the butt, which she could only buy with your donation, you will understand that as a good investment.

In the end, the question remains: What use the 3,000 copper that you have accumulated, but can not spend more because your team wiped out and the last Continue was used up?

6 . Always has a tool kit in the team

You should be right from the first card to this rule: Do not leave the Saferoom before it is not ensured that at least one player has bought a tool kit.

In (nearly) each map there is one or more closed spaces that can only be opened with a tool kit. These rooms are a true loot paradise, often contain strong weapons, including cards for the whole team and often more copper per person than the tool kit cost.

Occasionally, there is even a salvation station in the rooms, so player can refresh their dots.

Tool kits are worth every single copper coin as long as you use them for the bonus rooms.

7 . Uses different weapons types

Even if you can incide yourself in the safe room with a lot of ammunition, at the latest after the first 100 meters, it becomes good to a rare.

So does not hesitate to ask your team after ammunition. After all, all characters can carry all ammunition types and put on the ground if necessary, so that another cleaner can operate on it.

So that works, it is important that you use all different weapons. If the whole team only consists of 4 shotgun, then you are already guaranteed on half of the map the puffs.

A well-mixed team where no weapon s genus occurs more than 2x, just has much more and persevering firepower.

8th. Leave the Safe-Room quickly

Before you open the door from the safe-room, you are completely safe in it. You can shop to your heart s content and plan the strategy.

But the seconds right after opening the door of the safe room are crucial. As a rule, you ate shortly after leaving a whole series of zombies, along with some special infected.

If you are back to the safe room, a single Tallboy can ensure that the whole team is fast in the dirt.

So let s fall back into the safe room if there is really no other way - many games end in the first seconds and often there is significantly better positions near the Safe Room to relate to the zombies.

There are exceptions from this rule. Especially large safe rooms can certainly be a nice retreat. The smaller the room is, the sooner you should avoid relating to a long position there.

9 . Who has progressed, the ducks

On the lowest level of difficulty, Friendly Fire is not a big problem - but very much. So that as much fires as possible is avoided with each other, you should have a very simple rule:

Anyone who has progressed in tight areas that moves moves.

So the other teammates can shoot very loose over the frontman, while the crouched player clears up with a melee weapon.

Basically, it is good if you have relatively solid positions in the team, so who is going on and who forms the final light. Then it rarely happens that one runs through a comrade and that 80 life points with a shot from the shotgun.

10 . Medi kits have become more valuable

Between the beta and the launch did not do so much in Back 4 Blood - most of them are fine settings.

However, a particularly important change affects the Heil-Item Medi-Kit and bandages that can carry survivors with them. Both are now able to heal trauma damage as long as the items were upgraded by a team upgrade. As a result, you should prefer a media kit in most cases other healing items, such as pills. Especially on the highest difficulty, trauma damage is extremely corrosive and every way to regenerate this life points will bring you a step closer to the victory. With these tips, you should also be well prepared for higher levels of difficulty and can slowly beat you by the maps. Do you have more tips that you should consider as Back-4-Blood players?
